What it costs to be found on Mulk

A campaign starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and runs for the number of days shown on the plan. There is nothing to ship and nothing to collect — your business simply appears in the places the plan describes for that period.

Membership tools switch on immediately and stay on for the period shown.

Payments are handled by Safepay, a licensed Pakistani payment processor. You are taken to Safepay’s secure checkout to pay, and you return here once it is done. Mulk never sees or stores your card details.

You will see the exact amount before you confirm, and a receipt is emailed to you and kept under Receipts in your dashboard.

You may request a refund within 15 calendar days of purchase on eligible paid services, unless a service expressly says otherwise.

You may ask to cancel a running campaign at any time. Cancellation does not by itself guarantee a full refund — time already served is accounted for. The full terms are in the Business Terms.

Claiming your business, keeping its details current, replying to reviews, answering customer questions and messaging customers are all free, with no card required.
